Stress Has Adverse Effects On Hair Growth
We all are experiencing stress in our daily lives this is all due to the growing recession which is making people worry about their jobs their families future and they are simply at a loss to take out time and make some changes to solve their problems. People not only experience stress when they have problems but happy occasions like weddings and birthday parties also stresses you out but the main thing is the way you handle your stress.

Basically there are two types of stresses emotional stress and physical stress. People feel emotionally stressed out when they loose their job or are in conflict about unpredictable situations and because of different stresses people develop certain nervous habits like they start rubbing their scalp unintentionally or other fidgeting habits.

While in physical stress people maybe tired out and worn out due to overload of physical activity. They can also feel stressed out when they are suffering from certain illness and because of their illnesses their entire body energy works on reviving it and so the energy that should be used for hair growth is diverted into tackling physical stresses.

Stresses cause some people to over eat while others just hate the idea of eating and turn weaker day by day. And because of being under nourished their whole body health is affected. Actually hair growth is a complex phenomenon in which your hair starts to grow for at least two years and then there is a resting period and then comes a fall period when your hair starts to fall out. People who are stressed out have negative impact on their entire body and their hair goes from the active growth phase to the resting phase very quickly and this process hinders the new hair growth and you can experience hair loss.
Though with some people hair loss is a temporary phase and their hair grows back normally when they pass the stress phase but at times people experience permanent hair loss and this is where people have to be concerned about.

You can try to reduce the impact of your hair loss by eating a well balanced diet and drink lots of water plus doing regular exercise will also help to improve way your overall health and also start of healthy hair growth.
